I pretty much agree but some random things to note..
China & Russia don't call each other "allies" but China has once said their partnership is "better than allies" or something like this. They have high level of cooperation on every front under "comprehensive strategic partnership" framework but no mutual defense treaty. The US pushed them together especially since the 2017 National Security Strategy, by naming them both as their main rivals. It was a dumb move that's playing out now with China-Russia bloc gaining strength in Asia. US only really has a handful of countries to reliably back it up politically & even less who'll do the same militarily. The Europeans are weak & can be pushed around by US or China since they rely on both economically.
If you wanna go back further you could say this showdown has been coming since the early 1990s when the US decided it was going to try & form what amounts to a global dictatorship & not tolerate any other power becoming a peer/near rival. This unilateral sole superpower status was never a sustainable strategy & it's caused overreach & undermined US position within just a few decades. [more]
