This is all so true. I developed some pretty serious health problems sitting and working for 8 to 16 hours a day for about 12 years. One thing this video did not cover is that this kind of sitting while stressed and solving problems or writing or doing whatever you do for your work can also mess up your digestive system pretty badly.

Doing some stretches after a work day in front of a computer always helped me with the rigidity I felt in my body. I wish people were more conscious of how much they can help themselves along the way and employers saw the real added value of keeping employees healthy.
