The polio can't replicate on healthy cells only on cancer, so it is polio for cancer, or cancer cells getting polio and the natural immune system of the body takes out the cancer, once the cancer is gone the polio is gone to, if it were to get out and infect someone else it would only attack the infected persons cancer.

I think a better way to put it is commoners are not given the best treatments. Many regular doctors don't know this. It's impossible to spend all of your time researching every last every disease out there. There is simply not enough time in your life. So they have to put faith in their schools and peers.
In the early 1900's the Rockafellers established the building blocks for big pharma and the standard for schools of western medicine. They lobbied to have ancient and natural treatment methods dismissed as quackery and had their schools shut down because they wanted complete control and zero competition.
Many of the drugs today are based on petroleum derivatives which of course oil companies profit from immensely.
Big pharma companies have also been subject to the largest successful damages lawsuits in history, yet they are still not only operating, but making products mandated for the general public.
I also believe that the fields of toxicology should have more study when it comes to the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses. I'm not saying that it's the holy grail of answers, but it does deserve more research.
To say that western medicine hasn't saved lives at all is a bit hyperbolic, I think it's best for your treatments to see several doctors and compare their opinions to find what's right for you.
The most noble doctors are mixed in with the general public, usually in small practices, and some hospitals. When it comes to big pharma and many state run hospitals, and private too, it's a business first, a place of healing second.

The third alternative I presented in a previous post are the doctors in big medicine that understood the history of vaccines, and that they were never truly safe. They refused to take them, and refused to dispense them. Especially because until court ordered otherwise the vaccine pamphlet that is mandatory with every drug that outlines risks and side effects was blank.
Good doctors exist, but most of them in hospitals were purged because they questioned the treatment that provided no information about the risks.
If you aren't given information about the risks and side effects, you cannot obtain informed consent from your patient. If you don't ask questions, you can't have answers for your patients that do. If you don't have answers, then refusing to administer the treatment is the only right thing to do.
And there are a few in very high places that specifically are out to make people sick, keep them sick, make them worse.

Insulin is a good treatment for those with diabetes, but Diabetes can be reversed with exceptionally strict dieting based in meats, animal fats, and vegetables if followed through with for several years. I know someone that did just that. She said it's very difficult to exercise that amount of discipline, and that's why you don't hear about it often, because few have the will to follow through.
Penicilin is good, but also garlic, honey, green tea, and colloidal silver are well known ancient anti biotics that are rarely discussed because those don't make money.

As for other changes, Sure lot's of things have changed. Perhaps a better question is what can we look at to eliminate the possibility of vaccines being a contributor. It will also probably lead to more expedient results rather than studying a 1000 factors off the bat, isolate this one and eliminate that variable conclusively.
I would say penicillin is good for an emergency. I'm not saying it's evil right out of the gate. But I am saying there is a profit motive to push a prescription over natural alternatives, and silver is practically a miracle cure. They would rub into to infected wounds and some medical equipment is infused with it as well.

Smallpox is almost completely eradicated because of vaccines. So, you would rather have a disease going around that has a death rate of 30%?
