I got search fixed. Sorry it took me hours & hours having the site in maintenance mode but it was a bit like opening a can of worms. Anyway, it's sorted now.
Also, I believe I also improved the Content Ranking, but I will share the "influence factors" which effect search results with everyone & I'm happy to change them if you guys think it would be better to change them.
Influence is a numeric multiplier used in ordering search results. A higher number means the corresponding factor has more influence on search results; zero means the factor is ignored.
[6 times influence] Keyword relevance
[5 times influence] Recently posted
[4 times influence] Number of views
[3 times influence] Number of comments
[2 times influence] Content is promoted to the front page
[1 times influence] Content is sticky at top of lists
10 times influence if it is a video I posted! (just kidding 
)
