This video is summed up at 0:56 - "It is offensive, it is crazy, but I'm not shocked by it, by what he's done in the past..."
Basically this guy is saying that Trump acted like an idiot clown monster and that's not too outlandish. Now if he said that Obama was present and he was booing Trump the whole time they'd probably say, "what?! I need to see that!" The reason they'd need to see it is because you wouldn't expect or even envision Obama acting like that...but you CAN expect or envision Trump blaming immigrants or saying something incredibly stupid.
