I played with a lot of dogs who would grab onto my sleeves when I play "fighting" with them. They know it doesn't hurt me which is why they do it.

There's a lot of overreaction in that video.

A lot of overeaction?

What I see is a guy who can't control his pitbull.

Lucky for the guy it grabbed his pants and not his leg.

To be fully honest, I would be uncomfortable if my friend couldn't control his dog for over 30 seconds.

ROFL

This is what happens when you play too much tug of war and don't teach the dog to let go.
Then they even fire her up more by beating her. Completely counterproductive when playing with a pitbull.

Many will think the "dog attacked", she did not. HOWEVER if they keep on doing dumb shit like that the "game" may very well exaggerate into a rage attack in the future.

If you have a dog - ANY dog - learn to control and guide them. If you struggle get a real professional to help you, not someone who babbles dumb shit they heard on the TV.

Be VERY suspicious if they use the word "dominance" as a general explanation for the dogs behaviour and RUN if they tell you "YOU HAVE TO BE THE DOMINANT ONE"!

The first visit should always be FREE OF CHARGE and if someone tells you they can sort your dog in one session they either lie or there hasn't been a real problem.
