where is the reasoning behind that.
can i say i'm an expert at biology because i grew up around it but a biologist whos done the schooling isn't an expert if they say they are not?
if this ben guy has done the schooling and chooses to say he's not an expert its because he doesn't want to be held accountable for what he says. he can take any documents and present them any way he wants cause he's not an expert.
