You think bears and big cats prey upon humans?  I'm assuming you must think that less than 25 deaths a year to both of them combined all across the planet is predation.

Well those among many other animals are classified as animals that prey upon humans, but you go ahead and think your own little faggoty way :3.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man-eater

Like everywhere in the world is the same? Like theres not some places out there with people that worry about getting attacked or eaten? No? all humans are smrt and have guns and means to protect themselves which means all humans are apex predators, derp.

So just how many deaths a year would change the definition of predator? lolz

You didn't even read your own source.  I'll think "in my own little faggoty way" by being correct, I guess.  From your own source:

"While lions do not usually hunt people, some (usually males) seem to seek out human prey; one well-publicised case includes the Tsavo maneaters, where 28 officially recorded railway workers building the Kenya-Uganda Railwaywere taken by lions over nine months during the construction of a bridge over the Tsavo River in Kenya in 1898."

Sure, all you gotta do is look back over 120 years ago and there was that one time that it happened, guys.  I also like how you looked up some weird-ass term...what the fuck is  "man-eater"?  Now I know you're not going to like this, becase we're going to look at specific and defined facts, but here is the actuality of the issue:

According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiger_attack, over the past 225 years about ~373,000 humans have died due to tiger attacks.  That seems like a fairly large number, but then you realize that number comprises ALL tiger attacks, most of which are the following:  "If a human comes too close and surprises a sleeping or a feeding tiger (particularly if it is a tigress with cubs), the tiger may attack and kill a human. Tigers can also attack humans in a case of "mistaken identity" (for example, if a human is crouching while collecting firewood, or cutting grass) and sometimes when a tourist gets too close."  That is to say, NOT predation.  Similarly, according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bear_attack, there were for certain 162 bear-inflicted injuries reported in the United States between 1900 and 1985. I mean...bro.

Ultimately I would personally estimate that 85% of the world's population does not need to worry about being preyed upon by any animal, and that is me being EXTREMELY generous to your ridiculous premise; the actual number is probably about 98% of the world's population has no reason to worry of an animal attack upon them.  Humans literally have bears and tigers as fucking pets and you're saying they prey upon us?  I guess in a very general, amorphous sense they have the capacity to prey upon certain humans in specific situations, such as on young children...but the vast majority of animal attacks occur from pets or from people fucking around with wild animals and the animal defends itself.  THAT IS NOT PREDATION.

Your foolish response has been soundly and fully dispelled.

predation

predatory behavior.

predator
Zoology. any organism that exists by preying upon other organisms.

Do these animals prey on humans when available? Yes

Predator, bitch.

We evolved and became smarter, and found ways to protect ourselves, even domesticate to some degree these animals, that doesn't mean they arent predators anymore. What do numbers matter? Again, protecting ourselves and making the death count less doesn't change the definition of the word.

You didn't dispell shit lol. Theres no special number that has to be reached for something to qualify as a predator. Humans get eaten by animals, its happened, it will continue to happen for a while, and if you look up again you'll see what thats called, preying on other organisms.

Why don't you take a walk in bear country or swim in the nile and see how non predatory these things will be to a stupid ass person.
