State of Texas isn’t a stop and identity state. However law enforcement is required to identity themselves when asked. It doesn’t matter if that law enforcement officer disagrees with that part of the policy. The law enforcement officer broke policy, harassed someone for no good real reason.
This morning, “Beyond The Industry” facebook page; a unknown police agency in Northern part of Houston stopped a black teen named; Marvin Gibson, just because he was cutting grass and handing out business cards. CWN NEWS quickly picked up the story and tried to get to the bottom of it. We questions Houston Police Department, Harris County Pct 3, 4, and 7. We knew that the H.C.S.O wasn’t involved.
Now Harris County PCT 1 is deleting comments and blocking people from their facebook page which is against the law and also against the rules of facebook. That facebook page is a government page so legally no one can get blocked. As far as comments, legally they cannot delete them because it is a form of freedom of speech. PCT 1 will have their day in court and the judge will educate them on the laws of the land (again).
Houston police dept released an statement; That officer isn’t wearing our uniform and currently not working for us.
Harris County Pct 7 also released an statement; “that is not our patch and definitely not one of our deputies. He is not even wearing an official uniform.” Then they re-looked into the video and made this statement; “After looking at this video again, I don’t even think this is a patch representative of any the Harris County Constable’s departments. http://www.harriscountytx.gov/constables.aspx
Secondly, this is not even in our jurisdiction. We are SE, SW and parts of Midtown.”
HC Pct 3 released an statement; “Our Department doesn’t have any involvement or knowledge of this incident.”
Pct 4 had no comments. However with the help of Channel 2 Houston of a reporter investigating the story also.
Pct 1 hasn’t admitted it to CWN NEWS, but PCT 1 admitted it to Channel 2 Houston. We tried to contact Pct 1, but as of now; we have nothing but a moment of silence which now we know; something happened that now Pct 1 cannot cover up. We did try to contact Pct 1 Constable Alan Rosen, but as of now we’re still getting no comments. A lot questions need to be answered oh why both of the constables snapped and why they didn’t uphold and protect all levels of the law. Maybe the question will never get answered; but today CWN NEWS exposed the major corruption that needs to end in Harris County, Texas. Pct 1 will learn police accountability now.

I'm not saying that racism is not an element but there is an even bigger element being overlooked and that is an out of control government and police state. This shit happens to all races and all socioeconomic statuses. If you question the authority of the police they answer with violence or death. Same goes for any judge as well, if you question their authority they will threaten you with violence and a cage or death, same for taxes and any number of things involved with thegovernment.

They weren't cutting grass they were putting their business cards in peoples mail slots/doors, it's a pretty common technique to walk around with a vacuum or utility van to case houses to decide which ones are worth stealing from, I don't know why the cop didn't just tell them that but he didn't seem terribly smart.

There is a damn red lawn mower in the video, they were cutting grass and they were harassed by MS Piggy. He pulled his cuffs for no reason without telling him why he is getting arrested.
If they broke into his house without a warrant the black kid should sue them and most probably a judge will decide in his favor.
