A wild animal responds to queues in a very different way than humans. To suppose that our calming signals mean the same to them is dangerous.

What's crazy is that the Grizzly Man was much more Reckless than this guy and also somewhat detached from reality and yet it took years for a bear to finally decide it was time for that guy to be torn to pieces along with his girlfriend.

I think the issue with Grizzly Man is that he showed absolutely no fear or concern for his own safety in those videos. In this video at least we have a man who understands that the bear could kill him if it desired.

I had to shoot a bear with a nine MM once a mother grizzly attacked to protect her cubs, i shot her in the head she tumbled on my feet then the cubs came out the treeline it realy broke my heart, ppl dont belong in nature anymore.

I had a bear charge my girlfriend once while I was doing a tour of European women in Poland and I had to think fast. Even though I had my 9MM on me my first instinct was to punch the charging grizzly and I broke its jaw and it became subservient to me for the next 22 years, letting me ride her like a mount and such. I had to put her down by snapping her neck in 1995 becaus she forgot her place and growled at me.
