I forgot to add a bunch of legitimate sources and journalists mentioned in this video!

Let me mention that I follow the MSM very closely and none of them really talk about the "White Helmets". I've only heard of them here on SpikedNation.com, usually from right-leaning users.
I'm not looking to insult, but is there actually a legitimate news source that is taking the "White Helmets" seriously?

Every time you hear from the MSM (minus FOX in small cases) about "reports from social media" and "from activists on the ground in Syria" about whatever in Syria, including this or that attack, you are getting information that is probably sourced from or relayed by the white helmets. They are cast as a sympathic and humanitarian aid group funded by the UK and opposed to the Assad regime (with the inference being that they just want democracy, yadda yadda). Because they are a medical organization they often produce videos of themselves helping to rescue civilians caught in the fighting, trapped in rubble, etc.
Here I'll need to call on someone else to help - do we know whether the white helmets are shown or confirmed to help in the aftermath of both ISIS/Rebel attacks and Assad attacks, or do they only help when Assad attacks? Not really sure about that.

I've never seen them in a town that's been liberated by the Syrian military. Syria has their own Civil Defense + the Red Crescent that does rescue work in war zones.

It depends what you call legitemate.
CNN has been fawning over them for years. (link) (link)
They are not always called "White Helmets" when mentioned in MSM. They often are referred to as "rescue workers" or "Syrian Civil Defense" despite the fact that Syria has a real civil defense.
If you ever see footage of rescue work shot within Syria, there's a 99.9% chance it came from these guys. They specialise in showing children being saved, upset or dead.

Possibly true but The Corbett Reports is a right wing biased conspiracy site. Some featured topics are the New World Order, 9-11 conspiracies and of course false flag operations. Still, in my opinion, the white helmet characters are just terrorists in sheep clothing. Just my opinion.

Corbett report has been libertarian for years. Since Ron Paul ran as a Republican in 2008 and 2012, whom they supported, they extensively covered republican politics, because Ron Paul was attempting to change the republican party, and to some degree he succeeded.
Corbett report has more credible source material for all their stories than anyone in mainstream media. They cover false flag operations because false flag operations actually happened all the time through history, and since 9/11 was such a gigantic blunder that justified the wars they've been already planning for years, they've been covering it.
Calling for an investigation for why 9/11 was such a incredible success on the part of terrorists hiding in caves is not making up conspiracy theories. The fact that a plane hit the Pentagon, is absurd. Because if you know anything you know that Washington has had a missile defence system that bests the one set up in Israel. And for some reason, NORAD, that was supposed to scramble jets to intercept non-responding jetliners, for the specific reason of probable highjackings, didn't do that on that day. Even though there were four seperate non-responding jetliners on the same day.
People want to say it's an inside job, but it could very well be an act of incompetence on behalf of the Bush administration. But since there was never an actual investigation, we will never know. We are left to reach our own conclusions, and whether to trust mainstream media who are now obviously lying to us about another war, or listen to conspiracy theories online, in a time when anyone but the mainstream media are labeled conspiracy theorists.
I wouldn't take everything Corbett report says as facts. But I would notice that they have actual named sources for the things they say and that they don't make things up on the spot.
This video covers the white helmets better than many other videos I've seen.

So, 9/11 was an inside job? James Corbett is a well-known conspiracy theorist and pushes many conspiracy theories which are very likely bullshit. It isn't just one or two.
Seriously though, I'm not asking for anything crazy, just people other than OAN, Southfront, Corbett Report, etc in order to form an informed opinion from other than their view. That isn't crazy, that's intelligent. If that's outrageous to you, then no need to. You have it all figured out.

Interesting tweet from Pearson Sharp who covered Douma the other day for OAN:
People tell me it's crazy that I went there and recorded what I saw---but so did 20 other news teams!! There were two dozen news vans and satellite trucks in Douma with me that day. Where is their coverage though? They had the same opportunity I had, where are their stories? https://t.co/XGCjlYwTKL
Love to have the 20 news teams identified and called out. That would be great. Just saying "There were 20 other news groups" and not identifying them and doing it for OAN is questionable at best......unless you say fuck it and just decide it's fact, then it's true for you. Again, in my opinion, there's a good chance the attack didn't happen. Opinions are like assholes. Everybody has one. I don't like the UN inspectors being kept away from the site and Russian troops guarding areas in a civil war. #1 is staying the fuck out of that shithole.

"Love to have the 20 news teams identified and called out"
- yeah I felt like tweeting him & asking if he has footage of it but he's been inundated with angry tweets since doing that Douma piece & I don't think he wants to make any more enemies right now...
People: leave me out of whatever narrative is surrounding this event. I'm not part of this story, I just recorded what I saw and put it on TV. My opinion doesn't matter, I only recorded what I saw. If you have an issue with that, then you have an issue with the facts, not me.
FYI - there's a Reuters report of the inspectors obtaining samples on Saturday but I'm not 100% on its validity. I haven't even seen reports from pro-Russia sources (not that I've looked very hard)...

I wish he had the video of the 20 other news sources, too. It would have been easy to do, he was getting a lot of video and would help lock in his point. I wouldn't doubt it for a second. The whole thing is a shitshow and we might never 100% know the facts. Sucks. I definitely don't trust any of the sources from every side.

AFP has an office in Damascus. Douma is a suburb 10km Northest of the city center. Pearson's word doesn't mean much to me though so I dunno how many news agencies were there.
I still call bullshit. The tell-tale signs were there from the start and haven't changed.
I'm interested to know what convinced you that it may have happened. Because Assad is a butcher? Because Western diplomats referencing intelligence that hasn't been put forward is worth something? (serious question)
