[Syria] "Tiger Forces. Victory in Eastern Qalamoun" | "Силы Тигра. Победа в Восточном Каламуне"

Can any Spiked military guys identify the modern equipment shown in this video at 1:45 - 2:20?

About 35 buses carrying 1156 people – including 463 militants – are being bussed to Northern cities after Russian Military Police negotiated an end to the seige in East Qalamoun. A second batch of at least 1500 of fighters and their families from the cities of Ruhaybah, Jeroud and al-Nasiriyah are now gathering to be evacuated today  according to Syrian News (link).

Tiger Forces (link) are a large battalion of Syrian Arab Army (SAA) special forces. They're some of the best equipped units in the SAA & often spearhead advances & call down close air support.

Jaysh al-Islam ("Army of Islam") is the group surrendering. Saudi Arabia is their primary sponsor (link).

I see a mix of Russian, U.S., French, and other countries' weapons. It's all pretty meaningless because the weapons come from all different sources. An arms dealer's wet dream. The video comes from Anna News, a pro-Kremlin news source which presents pro-Russian news in source and content which explains why they highlight weapons with english writing on them. There is a mix of U.S. and Russian anti-tank launchers with TOW launchers and Kornet systems. Russian 82MM and American 81MM mortars, Russian 12.7MM machine guns, Russian RPD light machine guns, and of course AK-47s. There actually isn't much really modern equipment there, mostly just the small arms that have been around for decades. I see some un-identifiable equipment but it's really a mish mash of a lot of shit.
