Presuming that your goal is a long term relationship, and not not creep her out, definitely a cafe.
- Walk through park: yellow zone for a woman. Better be sure its well populated if you dont want to creep her out
- Movie: Sucks as a first date, no time to chat or get to know each other unless you also go to a cafe etc after
- Lunch: equivalent to a cafe, but more time lmited (generally restaurants discourage people from sticking around after they finish eating)
- Zoo: Alright, definitely better than a park, but you run the risk of inviting a woman who doesn't like caged animals
- picnic: a bit personal for a first date. Great start if you bring a bunch of food she doesnt like or cant eat (and vice versa)
- Beach: Pretty sure this will be a yellow flag for a lot of women (Oh, he wants to see me in a bathing suit...)
- Country drive: red flag - rape alert. unless you already know each other.
- Dinner and a show: show first, dinner after. If the conversation doesnt go well, you're in for an awkward show
- Bowling: so-so. A bit noisy for conversation, and not super easy to have a conversation
- Other: Basically anywhere thats quiet enough to have a conversation, flexible to stay a while if you hit it off (has food and drinks to enable such), and is crowded enough that she doesnt see a yellow-flag

Well, if you want to deal with her flaking on dates "Just to see how you'll react." = wasting time. If you want to get emotionally invested = her tooling your emotions at worst OR = you get an exclusive relationship with her on HER terms, not EQUAL terms.
