A few days ago 2 guys were falsely arrested for simply filming outside of a police station and today a group of about 10 people went to the same police station to film in solidarity of those two arrested a few days prior. The seized everyones cellphone as "evidence" and falsely arrested them. This happened in Leon Valley Texas.

I wonder what the breaking point might be - 100 people filming? 500? I think 500 would do the trick.

hardly surprising since police don't receive much training in legal matters anymore. doesn't seem they're even doing daily breifings anymore. "by the way guys just want you all to keep in mind civilians filming you, your car, or the station at any time is not illegal and you can't arrest anybody for that, we clear? OK. be safe everybody see you tomorrow."
