Trumptard Nation is ecstatic that their dear leader has brought world peace and the end of all conflict in Korea. It is a great thing regardless of anything as tension seems to be lessened, and that's great. Trumptard Nation, Fox/Trump "News", and even ordinary people have completely forgotten that they were screaming about Obama even mentioning that he would meet with Kim. Obama was mostly a failure, Hillary would have been a nightmare, and the Trump carnival act is a complete shitshow.
Dismissing our allies and threatening to stop trading with them (except Canada-they need to be invaded/annexed for threatening us) while praising Russia and calling a brutal dictator in Kim "Loved by all of his citizens, an honorable man, and a man of peace" is just bizarre.......especially if you listened to InsHannity and the rest of the Fox/Trump "News" when Obama even suggested meeting with North Korean leaders. Now their man is a genius. Bolton had conniptions over so much as suggesting meeting with Kim but now that Trump has done it, he is the greatest president in U.S. history. It's actually just more comedy. Can't wait for the documentary and movie about the Trump carnival act when it's over, it will be hilarious.

A lot of people watch the news do not do so to have their views on the world challenged. They do so to feel reassured about their own political opinions. People choose the station that tells them what they want to believe. Because of this a lot of news stations have devolved into political opinion circle jerk, showing content that supports their target audience's political views. They get better ratings this way and those who haven't followed that trend end up becoming less prominent.

Um, lol I don't remember that at all, was pretty sure he just tried to avoid the whole thing and didn't do anything of substance. He was also extremely weak on China which lead to massive expansionism from them.

Well, I for one do not agree with NAFTA, and being Canadian felt that American corporations and multinationals were the ones who really made any money, while the jobs left. I understand why Trump doesn't like the deal, and I would like Trudeau to stand his ground, but it seems like there isn't much of that, more so him crying about transrights and bringing in more "refugees". On top of that we have been causing all sorts of issues by breaking promises in regards to pipelines etc. I don't understand why anyone speaks so intensely, yet so vapidly about the trade conversations between the US and Canada.
With the other allies, like Mexico, you know, that place where the police are not in control at all, you need armed guards with you in any of the cities....yeah really a great trading partner, I'm sure everything is reasonable, that extreme corruption probably makes things even easier! Also they've been quite accepting of all the jobs that left the US and Canada under NAFTA, and exist in "Free trade zones" where they pay ZERO terrifs to sell and transport goods through the US, to Canada, and into the US. Yeah man sounds like Trump is just dumb! LOL Why don't we just give mexico an easier time under cutting us so we lose more jobs and have more homeless and poor people, I'm sure our cities will look great with more poverty!
