Neither of these have been proven. #2 has been backed up so far by a few FB ads & some Twitter posts by RT re: the election. Total views were something like 220k. Hardly something that would swing an election. It's obvious RT was against Clinton more than they were against Trump but that's their right & their coverage wasn't as biased as the US corporate media.
The FBI claims the emails were hacked by the FSB but this flies in the face of the statements made by Assange & Seymor Hersh, both of whom have impecible records, unlike the FBI. It is also something the FBI would struggle to prove unless they have solid evidence. That stuff about Gucipher seems dubious.
