Why doesn't he just pick the powerball number he thinks will come out, then he has 15 chances of winning as opposed to 1 doing it this way?

In europe it is euro millions, and it costs 2,50 euro for one set of numbers that is about 3,20 us dollars, so not cheap...

this must be old..megamillions is now $2 to play, and the megaball # i think goes up to 25 (not 15). i believe the whole lottery thing is completely rigged ...but not gonna lie, i still play sometimes.
