I bought it because it isn't visible at first glance so it is less likely someone steals it also it serves as a rear view mirror too, way better visibility than with the real mirror. It records with both front (1080p) and rear (720p) cameras simultaneously.

Thanks a lot. Are you happy with it? I'm going to check it out. I drive lots and have so far been lucky that both times I was hit by an idiot the police could tell it was the idiots fault. Lol.
