Police in Walnut Creek on Tuesday released body camera footage of a deadly officer-involved shooting that left a mentally ill man dead. The shooting on Sandra Court that ended with the death of Miles Hall began with multiple 911 calls warning that miles suffered from mental illness. It ended with Hall down on the ground, bleeding after Walnut Creek officers shot him. “Mr. Hall was shot down, gunned down as if he were a roaming steer,” Hall family attorney John Burris said. Burris says the officers trying to contain Hall while he was in the middle of schizoaffective episode made all the wrong moves, starting by shouting orders. “If you know a person is mentally impaired, which everyone had reason to believe, the last thing you do is shout, scream orders because that would only aggregate the situation,” said Burris. Miles was then shot with bean bag rounds. After that, Burris says Miles was running away from the chaotic scene and home – as he had done during prior episodes – and that’s when Walnut Creek officers fired. “If he had turned back and charged them and swung the pole that’s one thing. He was running by them and the fact that he was trying to get away – you don’t get to shoot somebody down who is running away unless that person has committed a deadly offense or serious felony. That’s Tennessee versus Garner. It is basic law,” Burris said.

Well, whoever was in charge of "mentally ill" Miles has to take the full blame for this and should even be prosecuted. Running through the street wielding a steel rod is a good reason to stop the man with adequate force. They tried with rubber bullets, when it did not work they used real ones.

That fucking bitch ass female cop in the second video couldnt have hid anymore behind that concrete column far enough she had to run away further then and only then did she return fire when the bad guys were across an entire parking lot running away. She put the public in danger firing at random the way she did, not to mention the effective range of her handgun was gone. I bet she receives a medal for that shit. What a coward!

When shit hits the fan, women just can't deal, but that is their part. They deal with whatever else is going on, other people or children. The men have to give them time and cover them. That's the deal, but all this BS feminism just goes against human biology.
There's probably 1 out of every 100 women that wouldn't act like that, and they would get into policing without any outside help.

Please allow a nor change:
"When shit hits the fan, most women just can't deal..."
Bullshit feminism is "women'a quotas" and applying gender specific qualification methods methods in order to qualify for a certain task.
When we are talking US there is no selection method other than "not a criminal" it seems, as neither lack of physical fitness nor psychological instability seems to be a disqualifying factor for employment (again regardless of gender).

completely agree with the correction and the rest of what you say. Keep standards high, there are women who will easily qualify if give a fair shot.
