good job putting people to work. I have often said that I would hire the guys on the street corners with signs because they show up every day at the same time to hold it up. Punctuality is 80% of the job. When I offered the job, the guy declined!? So, weird.

The problem is not houses or lack of jobs, it is simply... overpopulation.
Going out on a limb here, but there may be a lot of people that don't belong there, legally.

We do not lack the resources to get people to work, we lack the distribution system necessary to do that. Too many resources get stuck at a certain social level, never reaching those that actually need them.
