Trump has used the "I didn't know there was a category 5 hurricane, I've never heard of it" line throughout his presidency despite the fact that Hurricane Dorian is now the 4th one during his term. Quite simply, this guy is A FUCKING MORON. The Trumptard era needs to end ASAP.
