Things have moved quickly in the week since the Russia-Turkey agreement. All it took was for US to get out of the way for stability to take hold. Eventually the Kurds/YPG will have to cut a deal with Damascus, although Washington is making efforts to prevent this. Likely outcome is that Russia will step in & broker the peace efforts once again, as the only reliable big brother in the region.

Kurds will be wiped out. They're communists that are attacking far bigger forces and expecting someone else to come in and save them. They have only been offensive in the war trying to gain territory from Turkey, Syria and Iraq.
