So what exactly is the crime that deserves a sentence? Also why are his "services" mitigating circumstances?
He either is a sex offender or he ain't. Considering he "threw out his computer" (despite it being hearsay) I find NO mitigating circumstances, however, again, what is the crime?

The crime is being a filty pedophile, he threw out his computer, who knows what was on there, but apparently it is oke if you have no prior convictions

"Being a pedophile" is not a crime (regardless of how disgusting one thinks it is). Child molestation is.
Smelling someone's panties isn't a crime neither (regardless of how disgusting it is).
Throwing out the computer smells fishy (pardon the pun) but isn't a crime neither.
So what exactly was he sentenced for?
According to an article it was: "felony trespassing with sexual motivation"
