Still surprised nobody has created an alternative to youtube where nothing gets demonetized.

im sure there have been MANY to think of creating a "Youtube-alternative" ..i myself being one who've 'thought' the same thing...or others who actually kinda did...(..ahem..SpikedNation) ;) .. though Spiked is definitely NOT in any kind of similar platform..but also, Youtube is so high on top that if any competitors were to come along, im sure they would (and probably already HAVE) used that power to shut them down

i was thinking specifically ones that offer monetary rewards (monetization) corresponding to the amount of advertising a creator's uploaded videos contributes. so far i haven't seen one of those besides youtube, have you? one where you pay a membership to view, or it's just free video storage no money generated.

nobody thinks they should get paid to make videos, they think they should get a cut of any advertising money content that they created generates.
if it doesn't make any money because nobody watched any of the ads run on it fine, but if youtube makes money as a result of your content, don't you think you have a right to at least some of that?
