If they had any real weight, they would have filed as soon as possible. If the money is guaranteed then you want to get right to cashing in.
You only get warnings from Lawyers when there is a chance they'll lose.

Really now? The damage was done as soon the accusation went public from her lips. They acknowledged this damage with a threat of litigation. The more certain acknowledgment of damages is going straight to court without the COURTESY of a warning.

sidney made accusations and she filed lawsuits, dominion had to wait until those cases were dismissed. the suit got dismissed i think mid december. so after that, a week after they asked those to put out retraction or they would file suit. can you surmize how it might be difficult to prove damages from an ongoing lawsuit?

Good opportunistic money acts IMMEDIATELY. They would not have given her a chance to retract if they had a solid case.
They needed to wait until they saw who was president. Much like other authortarian legislative movements that are assuredly on the way.
Just watch how much more freedom you get. Or better yet, how much less you'll have than before. By the final tally and parceling of liberties after everything is "normal" It will be a net loss. And that's always the authoritarian move.

Aside from being blocked by the very judges that UNCONSTITUTIONALLY screwed up the system to begin with. The charges were hard to identifiy WITHOUT Forensic Audits. (See what I learned, is that an audit is not automatically the most scrutinous and critical form of audit. Hell does it go deeper than forensic?)
The most thorough possible investigation should have been offered immediately. When you win clean and you are ASKED to show ALL of your achievements it feels like winning the lottery of self indulgence.
Slander is pretty easily identifiable. And if true with public statements as evidence and your clean machines. It's a slam dunk.
These guys in the videos are also ignoring the possibility of secret and OLD malicious framework in place that has attached itself to the nervous system of democracy itself. The pieces have been at work by the elites since America Won in the Independence. Our founding fathers defeated these interests by winning, and several of their Successors Especially Jackson fought against them as the nation grew.
Trump was the Jackson of our time. Alot of people got Jackson all wrong too, and study little about the politcal players he competed against during the times.
