It doesn't. Peterson has long warned against the naive assumption that people are 'inherently' good. He's big on archetypes as life-lessons and refers to Judeo-Christian sources sometimes only because he's most familiar with them. He does the same with Disney movies (look up his discussion on The Lion King if you haven't seen it yet), to get an idea of how he looks at things.

I think here he is continuing the point about that very rare individual who would actually have the strength to stand up against brutality and oppression in a corrupt society. ie. the one who would risk his life and that of their family to, for example, hide Ann Frank. That such a person would be the exception.

I am not at all mad with him.
I often and honestly asked him to seek psychological help.
this is simply ridiculing him for him going off of here for at least 6 months fear of being prosecuted.
