Fuoridated water, toothpaste and other dental products put together can lead to an overdose of Fluoride. It's why, atleast here, the dental healthcare speliacists advice you to use fluoride products in moderation. To my knowledge America fluoridates its processed waters to a higher degree than we do, which can lead to problems by itself. The levels of fluoride in springwater varies.

Springwater should not have fluoride unless they add it or the soil has been contaminated with it.
Fluoride is not a natural product.
Or it could be that ppl who sprinkle their lawns make it seep into the groundwater so contaminating the groundwater table since springwater can just be pumped up, it does not need to come from deep in the earth to have the name springwater

Fluoride is naturally occuring. Though if you mean 100% pure Fluoride then yeah, that doesn't occur naturally. Nothing occurs in its 100% pure form in nature.
