So I managed to stay clear of any trailers or info on the new Dune as It one of my fave sci-fi! Wanted to really enjoy the remake.

i didn't know anything going into the lord of the rings the fellowship. left the theatre thinking "who ends a movie like that"

I read something about that.  The director said he only did half a movie.

Apparently second part hasn't even started filming and won't unless the numbers are good.
