Why use fists when you got a gun. All is fair in love and war! Lame argument dude! Just because your opponent is at a disadvantage does not mean YOU have to be disadvantaged as well. If people were not so stupid and think they are bullet proof then there would be a lot more peaceful resolutions, this guy could have just walked away and got back in his vehicle, Ahmaud could have just surrendered, Rottenbum, well we know he just wanted to touch a kid again, but the other two could have just let Kyle continue running towards police like he was doing. The gun is the great equalizer, it keeps the peace and determines who gets the Darwin award!

Was asked to leave and didn't then he decided to threaten, I understand that the other guy got his rifle (not why he used a rifle, though, unless this was his only gun) and shot after he was attacked, he was defending his property and himself.

don't know who's more wrong, but they're both stupid. shooter gets shotgun when it was a verbal argument, can't make out what they're saying. maybe shooter wanted him to leave the front yard, but not sure what the state law is about brandishing when there's no immediate physical threat.
