Im pretty sure the SCOTUS has said "welfare" checks are no longer allowed without a warrant. Like here, a neighbor just let the cop inside this mans home.
Also, this bitch was setting up her fellow cops to get shot, instead of saying "DO NOT" come up the stairs as this old dude has a gun she just says, when you come up the stairs he will be there, inviting them to come up the stairs. What a fucking bitch!

She showed good restraint at first. Knowing some fucked up neighbors, I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out the neighbor had a little quarrel with him, and knew he would fuck up, and called the cops to do the job.
