NBC TV viewership is people who watch it on TV in the US. That's what you're looking at there. It's expected to be low like that - 50% fewer people watch on TV as they did 4 years ago, they stream more instead. It's not the gotchya this sinophobic troll made you think it is. You have to tally up the streaming data too, & it's looking great.

Also, on olympics.com the number of people streaming vids there had already exceeded 45 million that's the total for the entire 2018 Olympics & it still had a week to go in Beijing. It's a Winter Olympics record for them.
The final numbers aren't in yet but the NBC TV viewership isn't saying what you think it's saying.

Winter Olympics sports haven't been very popular in China yet but with 17 year old Su Yiming being the best freestyle snowboarder there & 18 year old Eileen Gu being the best freestyle skier there, things are likely to pick up. They also have some bobsled teams now.
She was raised by her Chinese mother & Chinese grandmother, goes to China every year, speaks Mandarin & chose to ski for Team China.
