It's pretty fast for me... (e.g. under 5 second page loads)

works fine now. Must have been the downloads.

Had the same problem for a bit today when uploading a vid. No downloads, but hung when I hit 'video submission', then the whole site seemed unresponsive. Figured it was a server issue. Fine now though, seems to have fixed itself.
