Not a plausible US/RU conflict trigger scenario by any means.. Case in point, russia did, in fact attack a training base in Lviv back in march. It was rumoured that US/western military trainers were among those killed and wounded. Which, as we know, did not result in any escalation on the US side. Nor did the US or NATO heed Ukraines calls to close the airspace above the country.

Keep in mind that Russia has long played the role of the bogeyman that the western MIC has wanted and needed. They (We) have always known in intimate detail the true shortcomings of Russia's military personnel and equipment.. Playing up the imaginary threat of the 'great russian military' is the first page in the MIC's fearmongering playbook.  With the facade now exposed and the full ineptitude and corruption of russias mafia-state laid bare, we will certainly witness the slow and inevtiable hollowing out and fracturing of the 'russian republic'. 

Of course this wouldn't have happened at all had not China so willingly and naively flung themselves into the role as next bogeyman. I fully expect the MIC to beat the china threat war drum for the next few generations...gotta justify those defense budgets and arms sales ya know?
