According to the aunt he was "checking" on the property where the cop was a tenant, that probably was trespassing, he has no right to "be there" by default.

Physically attacking a person who holds a weapon is stupid, if you feel you have a right to be there you call the authorities. As the cop was not wearing a holster he must have felt threatened enough to get the gun from wherever it was stored, so this was going on way before the video started.

Too bad we don't have a user that's a supercop by day and resident expert by night to come by and give his opinion on videos like this....  That would be swell....

Well acctualy i have to disagree, he knew that the guy was the landlord, he physically got in his way with a gun, the deputy should have called the police for trespassing of the landlord, that way he could have avoided the shooting.

On the other hand you are right he was attacked on the property that he rented... so courtcase :)

Arkansas SB24 will likely cover the Deputy. - It was a provision signed into law by Gov. Asa Hutchison, early to mid 2021, that states a person who feels they are in imminent danger, can use deadly force to stop the threat, as long as they aren't the antagonizer. - The landlord was clearly the one antagonizing,("SHOOT ME!) then grabbed the deputy by his throat.

Ya'll subscribe to my channel on YouTube! I've got more crazy videos to see, and more coming! :)

Thanks @spikednation! - @PEus
