ALL of the cars could have passed this "flood" if they were going walking speed. Now probably most of them hydrolocked their engines needing replacement as they all were revving fairly high.

Probably way better as the motors are sealed and water generally (except sea water) is not a good conductor, quite the opposite. You can see that the lights still work under water on the cars that had them on.
