So the Moon increases the drag of space around the Earth? Mass drags space and space drags mass, so relatively speaking, it's going to create infinite drag and mass, infinitely infiniting it's finity?

You're extrapolating based on the bit about the twin black holes (pulsars), good! Given the substantially smaller mass effect and of course the moon's smaller relative size vs. the Earth, you'd expect the effect to be diminished but certainly still present. Nice job!
