We just got it out of evidence and now the woman's family that was at fault is trying to get out of paying the 18000$ of damage their daughter did to her car -_-; Living in california is such a pain in the arse.

why would the car be in evidence? cops collect evidence of a crash and who caused it. they don't collect the cars in the crash. tow trucks bring them to a salvage yard unless you specify. did you get the car from a salvage yard?

how it was explained to is Investigators wanted to replicate the event in order to gauge the drivers reaction time on the hill that the accident happened. For them to accurately recreate a dramatization of how long of time it would take a driver in the particlar make and model of my gf's car in its condition to avoid the pedestraian..

your gf is lying to you. she caused the accident. admited it to the other driver and cops but told you and her insurance it was the other drivers fault.
18,000$ worth of damages. what kind of accurate recreation do you think your making with a car that looks like this?
if you know what make/model/year, you know how much the car weights. if you know how fast it was going, you know how much distance would be needed to stop.

if she caused the accident she would be in prison u dunderhead. mist, rain, 5am in the morning, blind spot on the hill, condition of the brakes, random lady in the middle of the road wearing headphones looking at her phone oblivios to her surroundings while crossing the street isnt the drivers fault.

oh i get it. it's the other girl that caused the accident
(Long Spike)
she took the saying go play in traffic a little too literally. apparently the girl was walking to the grocery store accros the street where she worked as a bagger. darwin thinning out the herd is still a thing.

Your chick took a life and you are getting shitty over something that will probably be covered by insurance in the long run?

seriously what a douchebag
(Long Spike)
in what world does the person who is directly responisible for damaging my gf's property become the hero?
(Old Spike)
It doesn't make her a hero. But since a young girl lost her life and a family lost their daughter, it would be respectful to not post this video on here looking for validation and making jokes about the death. You could also delete the video or request for it to be deleted.

you are latching on to a "tragedy" in order to jump on your soapbox of justifying video censorship? Your oppertunistic existance peddeling cliche and trite propaganda on order to attract attention for your cause is excactly what Spiked rebels against...well it used to.
Seems this website has embraced the same stodgy rules it used to despise.

I don't know if you realize it but your gf killed someone, and you are crying about the repairs to the murder weapon.
(Long Spike)
Would you mind explaining why most reports are saying it was a male driver?
(Old Spike)
its cause the video has nothing to do with the description and the description probably didnt happen
(Old Spike)
She would like to be called ma'am but everyone calls her sir, she just came from Gamestop when this happened.
