this is an awesome statement, happened to be made by a watch maker for advertising purposes but still it's many points well made. gillette's ad isn't a problem in itself but a symptom of a problem in wider society. both male and female values, both masculinity and femininity are good, but some people have wrongly concluded that since femininity is good, and masculinity is different from femininity, then masculinity must be bad.

Gillette makes and sells razors. They should shut the fuck up and sell razors.

Nice statistics, how about persentages of rape, murder, robbery, mass killings, road rage, domestic violence, terrorism.
Neither the gilette nor this commercial prove anything, they are done for the snowflakes on either side of the spectrum.

The problem with snowflakes is that they gather together creating obstacles for the rest of us. It can be life threatening in some situations but usually it's just down right annoying on a daily basis for adults. Even for kids these days, who should be out just having fun, have to deal with these issues more especially in the south. Here it is, January, and I'm not a kid anymore but I sure miss having snow on my birthday.

You're not a snowflake if you're getting tired of hearing each and every day that you are shit...your whole sex is shit... The Gilette video is actually an opportunity for women to see what sexism looks like when it's not directed at them. Ask your GF to watch it again, with that in mind. I am actually quite pleased to see women in droves bashing the video in the Youtube comments.
