I'd probably be in my workshop working at building something. Before computers appeared in my life all I'd do is build stuff.

Probably be dead. I recently had to get two of my back teeth taken out (had rotten away, got infected). Had there been a serious lack of technology and or know how I would probably be in quite a bit of pain or dead right now.
But where I not dead. Either town guard of some sort (like my dad, cop) or a potter like my mum (that's potter as in pottery. Making plates and cups an bowls from clay.....And quite possibly stoned while I was doing it).

I would have ended up crippled for life and likely died before I reached adulthood. I was born with my legs crooked below the knee and had to wear braces and casts for a few years as I was learning to walk. I would have been given some backwards version of this that would have not served me well and because I couldn't perform manual labor and I was a cripple I would probably be ostracized in many ways and would not be able to support myself and would probably die in childhood. Possibly at the hands of my own parents.
If I somehow survived to adulthood my only hope would be to carve out a career as a Bard or Storyteller of some kind.
