The problem in Texas and all states around it from feral pig hordes that can wipe out crops fast is serious. The population of wild hogs can explode if you turn your back but breaking out a minigun seems extreme.

Funnily enough the European technique has had twice the kills.

Real American technique vs European technique. No, actually beyond the freak using a minigun, Americans in areas where wild hog populations are crazy use methods which bring many times as many kills as the bolt-action hunting shown without firing a shot. Yikes, that guy is a good shot. He makes me look like a rookie with my scoped semi-auto rifle. They could have used him at Stalingrad in 1943.

Most importantly, can you eat them?
(Long Spike)
I've heard they are tasty, especially the small ones. I've never even seen it cooked though.

I definitly believe they are edible, what I don't know is if they are a disease risk?
(Long Spike)
Oh. I don't know about worms, disease, etc. I know people eat them though.

I don't know how old it was, but I ate some boar bacon from one a friend shot. It was good.
