peel and cut any kind of potatoe in similar sized bits
put in salt water and boil until done
drain water
mash potatoes using a fork, leave some bits or make it smooth, whatever you prefer
add butter*, milk*, nutmeg, pepper, and a little parsley if you like (no salt needed as you put it into the water)
Fucking done.
