Actually, they were. Would be CGI in a movie now obviously. It took 5 takes. Interestingly, I actually visited the crocodile farm where it was filmed when I went on a vacation to Jamaica. There wasn't much to see and my girlfriend was bullshit that we were wasting time. I loved seeing the little island that Bond was trapped on though.

OMG, if that's not the best foreward example of a book on how the world has changed. Back in the day when running on live crocidles was acceptable.
