like i said recently, the law and constitution don't matter nor does it matter if someone follows or disregards them, if nobody will prosecute or enforce people who won't abide by them.

tl;dr version is audit found the machines were used 3 times (election day and 2 other recounts) and gave a different result each time - election day was biden by 3.2k votes, nov 5 tabulation trump by 2.5k, nov 21 tabulation trump by 3.8k votes - all out of 17k votes cast. the michagan AG claimed these numbers were all identical when clearly they aren't. they also found well over 50% of votes were adjudicated, meaning votes where the machine was unsure and sent it for a human to determine. the logs of who adjudicated and how were in the system for the 2016 election but that data for 2020 is missing. similarly, in state's server the security logs from 4th of november and earlier are all missing, though the other logs are not. both indicate data has been manually removed. maybe worst of all the software for the machines was changed on oct 23rd and again on nov 4th, both which are violations of federal law, and there really is no reason to change the software after the election unless trying to cover something up.
so there's very good reason why the governor delayed the audit by refusing to comply, and tried to block the release of the audit info, and then had the people trying to bring the information to light kept out of the building. there's just no reason to do any of that unless there's something to cover up.

like the article says at the bottom. if trump really thought the machines were fucking up, they would have asked for a hand recount. that would have put this all to bed. either they're right and votes are flipping or they're wrong and this has all been for nothing
i'd be willing to bet the reason why the undit was unsealed has more to do with a libel suit directed towards bill bailey and the company that did the audit. if the info in document was valid, they wouldnt have released it, they would have gone ahead and asked for more audits of machines across the country to show wide spread issues. this is more like a chick that said you raped her, she makes a claim and the judge orders it to be sealsed, they find out she lied and they unseal to document for the public to read. think it was yesterday that smartmatic sent of requests to fox news, newsmaxx and oan to put out retractions about their voting machines.
