Well from past experiences i know that the deceased can fly around, even take other forms or body's and they can be measured and perceived even, but i call this bullshit, but the earth especialy right now is full spirits and ghost that will be reborn one day together as one or individual, we were making more ppl as there are ppl dieing, the generation that is now born should be percentualy smarter, because of all the deceased reincarnating,- only the future will tell.
