Sucker Punched Traffic Cop

OK, I have to admit, traffic cops and tow truck drivers have pissed me off but sucker punching someone? Even though it would result in riots, burning neighborhoods, and player kneeling at football games, I'd have no problem if the guy throwing the sucker punch was gunned down.

Staten Island, NY - A man sucker-punched an NYPD traffic agent and knocked him unconscious after being written a ticket earlier in the day Wednesday, police said. The 50-year-old traffic agent was walking near the corner of Heberton Street and Post Avenue at about 2:55 p.m. when the suspect came up from behind and socked him in the throat. He was taken to Staten Island University Hospital and treated for a head injury and a bruise on his neck, police said.
