backstory is the driver has had beef with the parking lot security for a while. at 34 seconds he reaches into the vehicle and sprays mace. he also wasn't authorized to carry a gun. he says self defense. grand jury says 2nd degree murder

Well, according to the yt video he has been charged with 2nd degree murder. The guy clearly tried to drive his vehicle into the guard twice. Gonna be interesting what comes off of it.

Parking lot security with guns and what looks like a police car... even if he tried to run him over wich he did not, he was not even injured, and kept infront of the car with his weapon drawn, he had many chances to descalate the situation, and get out of the way,
He came at him with a car but did not touch him at all (would be the main point), and not only did the guard come at him with a gun he acctualy fired, instead of getting out the way.
i say guilty lock him up for the rest of his life.
