you don't hear much about russia's ability to defend against nukes. like, the complete opposite of the west, so much that i would say that the west plans on winning a nuclear war

We using tactical nukes now, flipps everything on it head. Confusing strategic and tactical is normal.
What are tactical nukes..... small payloads equal to hiroshima on a cruise missile. Tactical nukes now: @ mac 6-7 reaching europe/Moscov in minutes. No warning, just boom. These where outlawed by the west and the east as the Mutially assured destruction was down to minutes not hours. The world can't survive it....... why we outlawed them. Everyones on edge........ As long as is no rectifying the inf treaty, every day is the cuban missil crisis, just worse!
Every missile could be a nuke and you got seconds to respond.Trump just tore that shit up!

I don't believe for a second that the Russians are complying.... They don't even know where most of the Societ era silos are, how did they decomission all the nukes they said they did. That's not even the ones they are hiding.

"The West" has never outlawed these weapons - due in part to "the West" not actually being a legal entity. The US & USSR signed the INF Treaty in 1987 which restricted both countries from deploying short & intermediate range nuclear-capable missiles & committed them to destroying their stockpiles. Russia honoured the agreement after USSR was disbanded. The US regime unilaterally tore up the treaty during Trump's term & have backed out of most arms control treaties they had with Moscow during the past decade. US had already started on building them again before they tore up the treaty & they intend to surround China with them, if they can find suckers stupid enough to host them.
