Evidence of the Ukrainian military executing more than 10 Russian PoWs.
VIdeo was allegedly shot in Makeevka, a settlement in the Lugansk People’s Republic taken by Ukrainian forces earlier this week
The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights say they're examining the footage.

One video showed Russian troops exiting a bombed-out house one by one with their hands up and lying down on the ground – with one refusing to surrender and firing an automatic rifle at Ukrainian troops, after which shots are heard and the video cuts out. A second video, shot by a drone, shows twelve lifeless Russian troops lying on the ground. Both videos are believed to have been filmed in the same location, and it was suspected that the surrendered and unarmed troops may have been killed ‘as punishment’ for their comrade who refused to surrender. - Russia MoD

New footage emerged suggesting that the surrender may have been fake as russians appeared from the house and started shooting. Should this be correct this wasn't a massacr but a legitimate self preservation measure.

that link doesn't show what you've tried to claim. It's the same footage as above but with the massacre footage taken out & replaced with some guys crying.
there were a dozen guys lying facedown on the ground having surrendered & then they're lying in the same spot having been massacred by shots to the head. This is not an isolated incident, it's just the most evidence of it to surface so far. The Ukrainians have been slaughtering POWs for months according to a lot of different witnesses (not all of them are okay with it, some speak out against it).
it's shameful to try & cover up an obvious atrocity with redundant bs.
worse than when you tried to make out a graveyard near Mariupol was something it totally wasn't.

I am not claiming anything.
If the fake surrender is correct the soldiers that were used as bait are NOT POW's and cannot be trusted, they may have hidden explosives or other weapons so it is absolutely justified to kill them. Don't pretend russia has done worse in their attack war!

There was one guy who shot as he was coming out, this is at the bottom of the description in this post & you can hear the shots being fired. That doesn't authorize the Ukrainians to massacre the rest of the POWs, not by a long shot. The simplest esplanation is that they slaughtered them for revenge. Regardless their rationale, it's a war crime & the UN OHCHR is looking into it since there's so much evidence this time.
It's not an isolated incident, as I've said. They allegedly have been killing POWs for nothing more than 'efficiency', according to leaks that come out of their military. There are other videos showing clear evidence of them torturing & killing bound POWs. If they were the "bad guys" we're being programmed to hate, this stuff would be plastered all over the global media & you wouldn't be surprised or trying to defend it.
The POWs who were executed were DPR soldiers by the way. All involved are "Ukrainian" according to the puppet regime in Kyiv. Saying "Russia's done worse" isn't just baseless whataboutism, it's p much irrelevant.

Ukraine is a party to the Geneva Conventions which have clear rules about the treatment of POWs.
Another set of obligations that ridiculous client regime ignores, while hypocrites try & cover for them.

Not saying it's right but these guys might be pissed off for obvious reasons. The Geneva Convention is probably the last thing on their mind when fuckers try to take over their land. Could be a message to the new Russian conscripts to demoralize them even more.
Just like if someone broke in to my home and tried to kill my family, I might be tempted to put a bullet in their head even if they surrender.
