this guys in a newspaper article. during the peak of the pandemic when house prices were nuts. he agreed to buy 2 new homes on the same street for 2.4 million each. now that the market isn't as bad. the developer is selling those same homes on the same street for 400k less. guy can't even take his family out for supper, he's so broke and wants the contract to lower the price
