we probably don't. i was just thinking that, ok. so like. having someone shit in your mouth is kinda weird even if the act is weird to start with. but paying someone to do it is kinda more acceptable because your paying for someone to keep it on the down low. unless you want everybody to know you're that guy, you got to pay for it

I was worried there wouldn't be any 3-eyed-cow-people representation. Phew! There's a relief. ;-)

Looks like they took "Heir to the Empire" and the other books from Timothy Zahn and retooled the plot to fit in ahsokha and other star wars rebels characters.

Imagine choosing to do that in an era where you could ai-deep-fake all the original characters (faces and voices) and release in theaters. Fantastic.

I'm sure it'll happen, but I just don't think we are at a stage where thats cost effective as well as time convenient. The Luke Skywalker scene at the end of Mandolorian season 2 was jarring to look at and it probably took ages.

Well, that's the thing. Disney was apparently adamant about using their proprietary technology with shall we say mixed results. Some kid took just 1 week to fix it using 'Deepfake-TM' and post in on YouTube. I think they ended up hiring him.
